By requesting services from Cloverleaf Towing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“customer,” “client,” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our towing, roadside assistance, or related services.

1. Services Provided
Cloverleaf Towing offers towing, vehicle recovery, lockout, jump-start, fuel delivery, and other roadside assistance services throughout Spokane and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary based on location, weather, traffic, and other conditions.

2. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.
Prices are subject to change based on distance, vehicle condition, time of day, and other factors.
A cancellation fee may apply if service is canceled after a driver has been dispatched.

3. Liability Disclaimer
Cloverleaf Towing is not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles.
We are not liable for damage caused by poor vehicle conditions (e.g., leaking fluids, rusted frames, loose bumpers).
Customer assumes all risk for personal property left in the vehicle.
We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Damage Claims
Any claims for damage must be reported to Cloverleaf Towing in writing within 24 hours of service.
Proof of damage (photos and inspection reports) must be provided for a claim to be considered.
We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle and investigate all claims before resolution.

5. Vehicle Release & Storage
If a towed vehicle is left in our possession and storage fees apply, daily charges may be assessed after a grace period.
Vehicles will only be released to the registered owner or authorized agent with valid ID.

6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information at the time of service (vehicle location, make/model, condition).
You must ensure a safe environment for our drivers to perform services.
You authorize us to tow and/or service your vehicle as requested.

7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, unsafe conditions, unlawful requests, or abusive behavior.

8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
